The central government plans to exempt tourism from the value-added tax proposed in the current tax reform package – AM Costa Rica

A probing question for the A.M. Costa Rica staff, would be how much do foreigners benefit in this proposal? and When will tourism be scaled back as other industries take the forefront. How can our country be stable if we rely on others money just for them to treat our culture and beliefs (in certain regions) as a spectacle when it is actually a highly refined art?
